ABOUT FLOW

Through experience and continuing education I have a large “tool box” of interventions including:

  • Manual Lymph Drainage

  • Direct pressure/Trigger Point therapy

  • Myofascial Release

  • Chinese Cupping Massage

  • Fire cupping

  • Kinesio Tex  Taping

I love my work and am excited to be able to help people work to be more pain free and more healthy.

Using decompression to mobilize soft and connective tissue layers contributes to increased health of those tissues and less pain.

Physiologically, we all live with the daily effects of several different forces (gravity, body weight, chronic poor positioning and muscular imbalances) that can cause stagnation and unhealthy/rigid layers of soft tissue, poor circulation of both blood and lymph fluid and increased adhesions.

Cupping and decompression techniques serve to  breakup tissue stagnation and  open up unhealthy/rigid layers of soft tissue to provide increased circulation of both blood and lymph fluid and assists with clearing of dead cells and break up adhesions.
