Using decompression to mobilize soft and connective tissue layers contributes to increased health of those tissues and less pain.
Physiologically, we all live with the daily effects of several different forces (gravity, body weight, chronic poor positioning and muscular imbalances) that can cause stagnation and unhealthy/rigid layers of soft tissue, poor circulation of both blood and lymph fluid and increased adhesions.
